I opened Ardor because I wanted a salon that did things differently. That means clean products, real education, and a team that cares about the work as much as the client in the chair. We're growing our team of commission stylists, and I'm looking for people who want more than a chair.
Yes, we're obsessed with hair.
But that's only part of it. What we're really building is an experience: clients who feel cared for from the moment they walk in, who leave feeling like themselves, and who trust us because we're real with them. That takes people who are authentic, who genuinely care about the craft and the people in their chair. You can teach technique. You can't teach that.

What matters most to me isn't how big your book is right now. It's whether you show up, follow through, and genuinely love getting better at this. If you're newer and hungry, great.
